A current gas certificate is required for caravans with a permanently fixed gas supply and gas appliances. Our licensed technicians at Lakeside Gas Fridges provide this service, ensuring the safety of everyone in your vehicle. To pass inspection you’ll need:
- A two-stage regulator with over-pressure protection
- A test point
- A gas fitters plate/gas compliance plate
- Australian certified appliances
- To comply with Australian Standard AS5601
- A gas bottle still in date (10-year expiry)
